Error 35

Error 35 is generated when a Status or DTC data response was delayed (not received at server) longer than 30 seconds from the time the server received the request. 

It means that your Status or DTC request was received and processed but the server did not get the data back from the vehicle in time. You will need to retry. Most common when WiFi or network issues are delaying the command/response timing.

In many cases, this can be eliminated by either switching off the WiFi on your phone, so the phone is forced to connect via cellular network, or by resetting your WiFi connection. Turning WiFi off then on again will usually reset the connection.

If this error occurs every time a status request is performed, a Firmware update is required for the reomte starter. Please visit your installer for this update.
